Vehicle sold WITHOUT TITLE - this was not disclosed until 6 weeks after the sale.
Purchased a used bZ4X in early April. The negotiations, sale, financing, and delivery all went well until we contacted them to find out what the holdup is on getting the title. Of course, the title is needed to properly register the vehicle. Six (6) weeks after the purchase and delivery, we were told the dealership DOES NOT HAVE TITLE. Did not disclose that they were selling me a Canadian car. The car only had 33k miles. I have no manufacture warranty, and no safety recall warranty. When I called the manager, Derek told me he did not have to disclose that to me.
If you want a run around then this is the place for you! Don’t recommend!

I drove in looking for a new tundra. This was a Weds at 2pm. They had 2 new ones and 1 used. All vehicles locked. No information posted on the used Tundra. With such a low inventory you would think they would have time to unlock the vehicles and post a price sheet. Very disappointed with selection and no information posted in the window. I have bought 2 vehicles at this dealership in the past but things seem to of went down hill since I visited last time. Get your xxxx together James Hodge!
We live an hour and a half away and I have been looking for a truck for a few months. I decided I liked a truck at James Hodge Toyota Stock#P08542. I did my research on new cars. I decided to go with a Camry. I made two trips two weeks apart to James Hodge. On the second trip I found a nice Camry SE in my budget. Angelina was my sales person. She was a pleasure working with. She gave me a quote on paper and I took it home to think about. A few hours later I did the deal. Everything went exactly as quoted no surprises. Dealership is no pressure and easy to work with.
Dawson was our salesman. We inquired about a vehicle late Friday evening and it was delivered in our driveway Saturday afternoon. There was a small miscommunication, but was quickly resolved Dawson went above and beyond to help my family, and we are very thankful! If you are looking at James Hodge Toyota, Dawson is your guy!

The believe in money over customers. I tried to pay cash for a vehicle but that wasn’t good enough. They asked me to finance it and take extra coverages out to offset. Stay away from James Hodge Toyota the bottom line is what matters here.
I recently posted a review on Hodges Toyota where I was critical of their service. I want to share a new satisfaction review now with James Hodges. After hearing of my problem with my service I was promptly contacted by the Service manager there and asked to bring it back so they could verify the the situation. Service department said I needed a $950 repair for bent control arm. Made temporary adjustments until I could reschedule the repair. When I left the dealer the steering wheel was Crooked and front end shook and pulled excessively. Had a different tire shop inspect for damaged part which they didn’t find. They realigned with no issues.

On vacation. Just had my Toyota serviced about 28 hours ago in Virginia. Tire pressure warning light came on the drive. Called this dealership. Told them we were traveling through OK and the tire pressure warning light was on again. The guy said come in we’ll check it. Go thirty minutes out of the way, get there, the guy said it would be a 2 hour wait to check the tires! Did not even offer to check the pressure! Really!? 2 years ago Ricky Gage sold me a new set of tires for my Camry LE. A few months after that I had another service advisor change my oil that lied, overcharged, and left me unsure if any of it had actually been done. I had a flat yesterday after my VA appointment I cautiously pulled into James Hodge service and hailed down Ricky to help me. It took just over an hour to get me back on the road because they were extremely busy! I understand the other Advisor doesn’t work there now.
Did not expect to buy this vehicle but he brought it to my attention how great it is and I'm glad he did! Thank you Eric!!
The same service at another dealership not far away was $70 cheaper! $257 compared to the $323 my daughter paid! Worth driving somewhere else! JPauley Toyota is worth the drive.

My wife and I attempted to purchase a 2012 Toyota Rav-4. We currently own a 2012 toyota tacoma and have owned two other toyotas in the past. We love toyotas. However, Toyota of Muskogee tried to steal our trade (2000 below KBB/NADA avg. trade value)and would not budge on sticker price. Only reduction in price was a couple of hundred dollars and the $750 manufacterer rebate. That's all OK. I went into this dealership looking at a used Tacoma. We sit down to work the deal after many phone calls and e-mails trying to negotiate this deal.
